Hayley Richardson began her career in entertainment at just 17, touring the world as a professional dancer. Her passion for performance soon evolved into choreography, where she quickly established herself as a sought-after creative for leading companies across the industry.
In 2006, Hayley took on a senior creative role with one of the UK’s leading theme parks, overseeing all entertainment content and programming. She produced and directed numerous large-scale productions, including the acclaimed Pirates of Zanzibar—an ambitious 18-piece show for which she was involved in everything from the design and construction of the ship set to the show’s full creative delivery. Hayley also developed original content for beloved children’s characters such as Postman Pat and Peter Rabbit, working in collaboration with Penguin on original songs and scripts.
Driven by a vision to create a new standard in live entertainment, Hayley founded Pure Global in 2019. Under her leadership, Pure has quickly grown into one of the UK and Europe’s leading creative entertainment agencies, renowned for producing exceptional tribute acts, bespoke productions, and live shows.
Hayley’s passion lies in collaboration she firmly believes that “you’re only as good as the people you work with.” With big ambitions and an enduring love for the entertainment industry, she continues to push creative boundaries and inspire both her team and audiences worldwide.
